Automatic Tunnel Oven
The automatic tunnel oven was designed after extensive studies and
reseach in the baking of the extenuated pita bread dough to become ready
loaves of arabic bread for consumption. This is performed in an automatic
and complete process without the least obstacle due to the thorough
perfection of its performance, for our company aimed in its design to be
the best and most economical in the consumption of energy and of a longer
life, despite the very high temperature to which it is exposed and that
may reach 400 to 600 degrees celceus. The burner operates on either disel
fuel or propane gas depending on the clients needs and has a switch for
temperature control. Production Capacity: 4000 loaves per hour in case the
production was in pairs.
